City Gardens

In the city’s heart, amidst concrete and guilt,
City gardens bloom, as patches of green,
Tiny oases of joy, where nature has built,
With flowers and trees, the prettiest scene.

Amidst the chaos, they offer reprieve,
From honking cars and bustling feet,
A place to rest, to pause and believe,
In the tranquility, where nature does meet.

Children laugh and play in the sun,
Amongst the roses and daffodils bright,
City gardens provide them with fun,
And fill their hearts with sheer delight.

Birds chirp and call from the trees,
In the city garden, their home and their haven,
Their music carries on the soft breeze,
Adding magic to this urban garden.
